Leslie Smith & Associates, LLC is a strategic education consulting company incorporated in Boston and Hong Kong. Leslie started her career at University of Pennsylvania’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions where she became a Regional Director of Admission. She continued her admissions career as an Assistant Dean at Stanford University’s Office of Undergraduate Admission where she managed the New England Region and helped to introduce a committee process now used in selection. She also previously served as a College Counselor at Destination-U, a web-based college counseling program headquartered in Silicon Valley, California and for The Winsor School in Boston, Massachusetts.

Leslie Smith & Associates partners with schools, corporations and private clients on a variety of projects centered around the admissions preparation process to both highly rated preparatory schools, colleges and universities. Private clients typically have 10-12 offers of admission each year.
